Where do you get your items from?

We obtain our items at exclusively arrange private signing session with stars and in person as various events and functions.

Are your items framed?

Our items do not come framed however there is an option to have any time mounted/framed on each product page. We offer a quality standard of mounted/framing, please click here to read more. Our framing service can only be offered to UK customers.

Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes we provide a Certificate of Authenticity for every item on this website. We try to include proof of signing from privately arranged signing sessions where possible

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept paypal (we're verified members) and cheques/cash/postal orders. Credit and debit card payments, can be made via paypal

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £2.00 and these orders will be dispatched via Royal Mails 1st class recorded method. Special next day delivery is available at £7.00 per order and items are gauranteed for delivery next day by 1pm if ordered by 4pm Monday-Friday

How long will delivery take?

We will dispatch all orders within 2 working days (excludes pre-orders/framed items and holiday delays may apply). Standard delivery usually takes 2 days upon dispatch and next day delivery will be delivered by 1pm (monday-saturday). You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched along with a Royal Mail tracking reference code.

What is AFTAL?

The “Autograph Fair Trade Association” ( AFTAL ) was formed by a group of acknowledged autograph dealers, with the intention of stamping out the market in fake items and ensuring that the customer is able to find dealers that they can trust. Inclusion in AFTAL is proof of each dealer’s commitment and professional competence. The Code of Conduct commits each AFTAL approved dealer to providing authentic items, with all the required knowledge, qualification and diligence that that may demand, and is the best possible proof any collector could have when looking to buy authentic signed memorabilia.

Can you get an item you don't stock?

If you're looking for a particular item that we don't stock, feel free to email us as we have many trusted contacts within the industry, who stock items we don't. 

I have an item to sell, would you be interested in buying it?

Unfortunately we do not buy autographs from 3rd parties

Can you authenticate an item, I bought somewhere else?

Unfortunately, we will not pass comment on other people's items
